I’m Maria Tsveshko. I’m Director of Product Management at Sxope, a healthcare AI company, and I live and work in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

I build clinical AI tools for the part of American healthcare most people never see — risk adjustment, quality measurement, and the claims and EHR plumbing underneath both.

What I work on

My work sits where three systems meet and rarely agree: the electronic health record a physician actually uses, the payer’s version of that same patient, and the regulatory frame that decides what counts.

I hold a master’s degree in applied mathematics and computer science, and I started on the engineering side before moving into product. That order still shapes how I run things. I take a product from market analysis through specification and data architecture to release, and I write the specs and read the schemas myself. I’d rather be the person who can say why a join is wrong than the person waiting to be told.

What I write about

How these systems are getting into ordinary life. Not consciousness, not whether the models think — how a person actually works with one, and how one system works with another. And about life in America.

Outside work

I grew up in Moscow, where my name is written Мария Цвешко. I moved to Florida in 2024.

I cycle, I draw, I take photographs. The dogs happened by accident: I bought a puppy, the way people do, and got carried away. There are three of them now.
